At Paper Party Studio, we want your décor to reach you safely and on time so your celebrations stay stress-free. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  • Customised products take 5–7 business days to craft before dispatch, depending on the order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro cities & towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the package is returned to us due to unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives tampered with or damaged on the outside, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately at support@paperpartystudio.in.
  • For missing items or wrong products, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International orders may be considered on request, subject to availability and additional charges. Please email us at support@paperpartystudio.in for queries.

Plan Ahead

Since our products are paper-based and often handcrafted to order, we recommend placing your order at least 10–14 days before your event to allow time for production and delivery. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability.
