Here's everything you need to know about how your order makes its way to you.

Processing time

Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow:

3–5 business days for standard products to be made and packed
5–7 business days for personalised items (cake toppers, name banners, custom orders)
7–10 business days for large backdrops, custom palettes, or bulk orders

You'll receive an email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, expected delivery times within India:

Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
₹99 flat rate for orders under ₹1,000
Express delivery available on request — please email support@paperpartystudio.in before placing your order

Order tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email when you place your order, and a separate email with your tracking number once your order ships.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please email us at support@paperpartystudio.in and we'll do our best to help.

Need it urgently?

If you have a hard deadline (an event date), please email us at support@paperpartystudio.in before placing your order. We'll let you know if we can meet your timeline and arrange express dispatch if needed.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please email us at support@paperpartystudio.in with your order number. We'll track it down and sort it out.
