We genuinely want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns work.
Our policy in short
- Non-personalised items: Returnable within 7 days of delivery
- Personalised items (cake toppers with names, custom name banners, bespoke palettes): Not returnable, since they're made specifically for you
- Damaged or defective items: Always covered — we'll replace or refund
How to request a return
Email us at support@paperpartystudio.in within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (especially helpful if it's damaged)
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Sent back within 7 days of receiving our return confirmation
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we're really sorry — please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a full replacement or refund, with no return shipping required on your end.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Return shipping
- If the return is because of a defect or our error: We cover return shipping
- If the return is a change of mind: Return shipping is at your cost
What can't be returned
- Personalised items (anything with a custom name, age, or bespoke palette)
- Items used or damaged after delivery (unless damaged in transit)
- Items returned without contacting us first
