Returns & Refunds

Every piece we make is crafted from delicate paper and is often personalised for your celebration, so please read this before you order.

No returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. This applies to all products, personalised or not.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order, as long as we haven’t started making it. Email support@paperpartystudio.in with your order number. Once crafting begins, orders can’t be cancelled.

When we refund or replace

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll send a replacement or refund you. To claim, email a clear unboxing video and photos to support@paperpartystudio.in within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours can’t be processed.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

What isn’t covered

Small variations in colour, texture or finish, which are natural in handcrafted paper
Damage during transit or after delivery
Damage during setup or handling
Change of mind after ordering
Personalised products made with details you gave us (please double-check names, dates and spellings)
