At Paper Party Studio, every product is made with care, often customised, and crafted from delicate paper materials. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since our products are paper-based, handmade, and often personalised for your specific celebration, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided production has not started. Once we begin crafting your order, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel, email us at support@paperpartystudio.in with your order ID.

Refunds (Only in These Cases)

We offer a refund or replacement only if: You receive the wrong item

To claim, share a clear unboxing video and photos at support@paperpartystudio.in within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

What's Not Covered

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish (paper products are handcrafted and may vary slightly)
• Damage during transit or after delivery
• Damage caused during setup or handling
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Customised products with incorrect details shared by the customer (please double-check names, dates, and spellings before confirming)

Payment Note

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid.
